When ordering on Her Hair Temple ensure that your billing and shipping address are the same. Make sure you’re entering the correct billing address that is associated with your card/ PayPal account. We only ship to the billing address registered on your card/PayPal account. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Online Payment Processing Time
All orders made online takes 1-2 business days for the payment to process. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you order on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday).
Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 Business Days.
Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.
Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.
International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.

When an order is placed, you will receive a tracking email from us. Please check your spam folder if you have not received your tracking information in your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your order, please contact customer service at 876-802-1764. Shipping Activities will become available after 24 hours. Please track your package at USPS.com or www.fedex.com.
All appointments should be made at least 1 business day before the appointment date. Appointments made less than 1 business day will not be confirmed. All appointments made requires a 50% deposit that must be paid to secure an appointment. Appointments can be made on our website, calling us or by visiting our office.
- Hair Treatment
Her Hair Temple is not responsible for damaged hair after any hair treatment and chemical processing due to low quality or non-virgin human hair. Therefore, Her Hair Temple will only accept bundles and wig units purchased from our company for chemical processing.
Deep treatment done by Her Hair Temple will not alter the original structure (colour, texture length) of the hair. Deep treatment will take 2 business day to be completed. Styling is not included in the price.
Her Hair Temple always ensures extra measures are taken to retain the original structure of the hair as much as possible. All chemical processing takes up to 4 business days to be completed.
All customized orders are tailored to the client’s need which include (sizing, plucking, colouring, bleaching, cutting and styling). Client should always ensure that when making an order the correct information is entered as Her Hair Temple will not be responsible if incorrect information is given. Therefore, a refund or exchange cannot be offered for custom orders.
- Returns Policy
At Her Hair Temple, we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. Our products go through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and no refunds will be issues. Exchanges are available on a case by case basis.
Replacements / Product defective exchange policy
We take great pride in our products and the quality is 100% guaranteed. Since natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning product, issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing a simple care regimen. However, if you feel you’ve received a product that is truly defective and unusual, we want to hear from you. If you have received any product that is defective, you must contact us within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase. Although no refunds are permitted, we will address the quality issue at once. A Customer Service Representative will provide the customer with a return shipping label along with instructions for the return of the product in question. Note that perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the company seal, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the Product Defect Exchange Policy. If Her Hair Temple verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way, Her Hair Temple will then exchange or replace the item.
If the customer selects a product in exchange of greater value, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item. Her Hair temple will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged/new item back to the customer if ground shipping is selected. If we do not validate the product defect issue, we will return the item in question to the customer at our expense (via ground) without an exchange of product.
From time to time, Her Hair temple, at its sole discretion, may exchange products or portions of a product under the following conditions:
Requests must be made first within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase by calling Her Hair Temple and sending an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any exchange request after 10 calendar days will not be honored.
We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from the weft or processed) in any way. According to the law, you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and the law. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution. Note that perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair “eliminates the possibility of any exchange or replacement.” All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please attach a note inside your package including your order number and reason for return. The customer will be responsible for all returns or exchange and shipping cost. Our company recommends that you send the returned item with a tracking number as Her Hair Temple will not be responsible for any lost or returned items. We recommend that you do not use UPS to send your returned items as the brokerage fees are costlier to clear, which will be at the customer’s expense.
